Our Warranty Policy

In Europe, SOREL branded products including footwear are warranted for 2 years.

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in SOREL branded footwear and garments.

Please note that SOREL does not warrant and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow product care instructions.

How to Get Warranty Service

At SOREL, we expect our products to be free of manufacturer defects. However, should you have a warranty issue, please contact us and we’ll help.

Online purchases:

If you purchased an item you suspect might be defective on the Sorelfootwear online shop, please contact us using this link or by phone (022 90 18 16) and we will confirm with you the scope of the guarantee.

Store purchases:

You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased your product. In most cases, the retailer will be able to assist you. If your retailer isn’t able to help, please contact us using this link or call us at 022 90 18 16.

When contacting our customer service please provide your name, address and phone number, the item reference (style number), the size, a proof of purchase (scan) and some pictures showing the defect. We will follow up on your email with further information on the warranty procedure.

In general, defective items need be shipped to our European distribution centre. We will inspect the item and provide repair or replacement if the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the defect is covered by our warranty. New items will be sent to you free of charge.
